Its great that you scan malicious urls but whats the point if we cant even see what those urls are? It would be nice to know which urls are malicious so I dont go to them anymore, right? I dont understand why it doesn't show them if it can recognize them?
Hi Misty,
Thanks for your feedback — that’s a great question!
While our scanner can detect malicious URLs, we don’t display the exact links by default for two main reasons:
-
Safety – Even viewing or copying a malicious URL can be risky if it’s accidentally opened.
-
Privacy & Security Compliance – In some cases, flagged URLs may be tied to sensitive app or system data, so showing them could unintentionally expose private information.
For detection, we reference trusted threat intelligence sources such as URLHaus, and we also use our AI engine to analyze websites in real time to catch threats that may not yet be on public lists.
We understand the value of knowing which sites to avoid, but the scammers creating thousands of links everyday. They become more and more creative. But don't worry, we will try exploring a secure way to let advanced users view flagged URLs in a safe, non-clickable format. Your suggestion helps us improve — thank you!
Stay safe,

Hello,
Thanks for the report. To be clear: Chrome is not the malicious actor here — it’s simply the browser that opened the suspicious link. The risk comes from the URL / website itself, not the Chrome app.
Please do the following now to stay safe:
-
Do not re-open the URL.
-
Update Chrome to the latest version (Google Play Store) and update Android system patches if available.
-
Clear Chrome’s browsing data (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data) to remove any cached redirects.
-
Open our app and run a full security scan.
-
If possible, send us the exact URL, a screenshot of the warning, so we can analyze it further.
We’ll review the details and confirm whether the URL is a known phishing/malicious site and provide next steps. Thanks for flagging this — that helps everyone stay safer.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out — we understand how worrying that can feel. In most cases, what looks like a full device hack often turns out to be a configuration or permission issue.
Here’s what we recommend:
-
Run a full security scan in the Android Exploits app to check for known threats or configuration risks.
-
Make sure your phone is fully updated under Settings → System → Software update.
-
Avoid installing apps from outside the Google Play Store.
-
If you’re still seeing unusual behavior, you can export your security report in the app and request an expert review — our team will analyze it in detail and confirm whether there’s any real compromise.
You’re taking the right steps by checking this — we’ll help you verify everything and make sure your device is secure.
