So every time I Try to add I'm image it kicks me straight out.

So I'll post first then add whatever image it let's me add.

Anyway my phone has been thoroughly hacked , from random mystery factory reset , to seeing that there's a program that saves and / or nstalls ? Or just remains after reset so therefore there before the reboot. To permissions changes , ones that I've been able to change now cannot , to website blocking or installation , frankly it's too much to name.  Had a friend really good with this sort of thing and she concurs. So it's there anyway that you can tell me what I need to do , in the log it says I need to update my kernel was one suggestion but I think it goes far beyond that but I'm not sure. Can't install newest Android update 🙁

Please help

I'll see these crazy long url in my activity about API's and such which I'm no developer so i generally would'nt be looking up stuff about API's , there's just so many different things happening that it's truly hard to enumerate them , I wish there was a way someone could get in here remotely and I don't know fix it cause I can't afford a new phone right now unfortunately.

Cannot add image due to memory but I've got plenty half of my RAM and I've only used 1/3 of my storage. So why can I not attach image?

Hello Ryan,

That definitely sounds like a serious and persistent issue. If your phone is experiencing forced factory resets, persistent malware, and permission changes you can’t control, it’s likely compromised at a deep system level.

Here are some steps you can take to regain control:

1️⃣ Backup Important Data – If possible, save your essential files to an external drive or cloud storage.
2️⃣ Flash the Original Firmware – A standard factory reset won’t remove deeply embedded malware. You’ll need to manually flash the official firmware using tools like:

  • Samsung: Odin
  • Google/Pixel: Fastboot
  • Other Android: Manufacturer’s firmware tool
3️⃣ Lock the Bootloader – If your bootloader is unlocked, malware can survive resets. After flashing, lock it again.
4️⃣ Check for Unknown MDM or Profiles – Go to settings and see if your device is enrolled in a remote management system (common in enterprise hacks).
5️⃣ Update Your Kernel & OS – If your kernel is outdated and you can’t install the latest Android update, the system may be compromised. Flashing the latest official firmware should fix this.
6️⃣ Use a Clean Device to Change Passwords – Change your Google, Samsung, and email passwords from a secure device to prevent re-entry by attackers.

If flashing doesn’t work or the malware persists after a clean install, your phone’s hardware may be compromised, and replacing the device might be the safest option.

Since you mentioned remote assistance, unfortunately, it's risky to allow remote access unless it's from a trusted cybersecurity expert

Please Check for Suspicious Apps & Permissions – Look for unknown apps in Settings > Apps and check their permissions. Disable anything that seems off. Our App has new features (Malware app scanner), that you can check for critical or unknown app, decide whether you want to keep it or uninstall. We also have the new features that maybe helpful for you, the FIREWALL where you can blocks connection for unknown App, checking the App with active connection at the background. I suggest to join in the Beta program to be part of this test and hope also helpful for your issue.

@jsebastian can you please go into detail about the mdm enterprise hacks, because I have that on my devices but I am not enrolled in any work platform and it enrolled without any consent. I can get rid of it.

Thanks for reaching out. If your device shows signs of being enrolled in an MDM (Mobile Device Management) system without your consent, that’s definitely a serious concern. MDM is typically used by organizations to remotely manage and control devices — but if you’re not part of any work platform, its presence is unusual. I suggest to check device admin apps – Go to your device settings → Security → Device admin apps, and look for anything unfamiliar.

Hello there, my name is Robin and what you just wrote is totally blowing my mind because the exact same thing is happening to me, only it's been going on for over a year and a half and whoever hacked my account is a vicious , controlling psycho who couldn't be more evil if he tried. Anyway I'm at a total loss of what to do, but this app is a shining light in my very dark world, this is the first time that anyone has seen what he's doing and I have some hope that I will be able to get a phone that I can watch movies on, make video calls, text, play games on you know what the rest of the world feels like when they use their phone. He managed to get into my Facebook account and then got into trouble and I got shut down, so I had to go through the long drawn out process of restoring my account and as unbelievable as it is , less than a week after I got my account back he did it again, but while I'm kept off of my account he's brazenly "sharing" it and using the benefits that I should have. I almost died when last April I hemorrhaged and couldn't call an ambulance because I believe he initially gets in your  phone through the emergency system but in doing that it prevents you from making any 911 calls. 0nce he gets in he goes into SuperHacker mode which is where he goes in and changes most of your app settings, most of the permissions, you wouldn't believe the special permissions that he gives himself, needless to say he gains total control of your device and good luck trying to block him or kick him off in any way, because he then takes on your identity and has a good time until you get tired of paying for a phone that you can't even use most of the time because he uses your name, your date of birth, everything that makes you you. He then takes screenshots of just about everything and has pages and pages of overlays that he switches with the actual screen. He's most famous for going right behind you and changing the password that you just changed and that usually goes on until you lose it and I mean totally lose it,  like need to be put in a psych ward blowing spit bubbles lose it, or he'll make you sign in over and over and over again, you know just to be sure that it's you. I've also discovered that I don't actually have the apps on my phone, at least not the system ones, because when you clean out the storage and cache files in the app there's nothing left, nothing so where's it at? And the Play Store and Play Services is a whole other can of worms, because when you clean out the storage and cache files from them, you then find out that your Play Store is about a year behind in updates, which when you try and update it that version number magically changes to what it's supposed to be except nothing changes everything looks exactly the same. And the last update that came out I sat there and watched it zip through the update in about 2 seconds and then it stated that it was now updated with the new security patch, and I can assure you that was most certainly not an update, it was a hacker trying to make me think that it was updated. He also constantly annoys me by uninstalling games that I had downloaded, hiding my notifications where they are I haven't a clue even though I'm constantly allowing notifications, he's gotten rid of every picture that I had including some of my beloved dog and my beloved daughter both of whom have passed away, he also has deleted all of my music, my contacts and changed the passwords on my Max & Netflix even though I had paid for it, he's the one that actually watched it, and this all has made me feel deeply violated and abused. As of today, this person has cost me tons of money, I've gone through 15 phones after he locked them up, notebooks full of changed passwords and Google accounts, not to mention all of the aggravation, and loss of security, well I was ecstatic when I saw what your app can do it gives me hope like maybe I will be able to have a phone like every one else has, and be able to play my games and watch my movies and just have it work like it's supposed to and not have parts of it hidden or URL's greyed out so it won't open no matter how many times you try. I've had both Norton's 360, and McAfee and I don't know if he alters the app after I download it or what but their scans showed nothing or wouldn't run at all. So sorry for the book, and if there's anything that I can do to help you let me know.

I have something very similar going on. But, I've been able to remove admin permissions and put up a maximum security block or something along those lines, provided by android i believe. That was this morning, very early, if anyone else is eastern time. Yesterday I spent most of the day removing malware/spyware from my laptop that was VERY persistent. Looking back now, I think my compromised phone was how my laptop was exploited in what im guessing was a DNS spoof as i thought i was downloading a repository.. (kinda cheating using the phone, IMO.) But, after running rkill once, twice... probably 17 times in between malwarebytes, which surprisingly did a considerable amount of damage, hitman go? Or go hitman? Doesnt matter, that anti-whatever wouldnt even run. Then, roguekiller, that one ran, but im pretty sure did absolutely nothing. Leaving me no choice but to run tron script, 3 times total. 2 successful runs. For those that are unfamiliar, tron script is just as, if not more malicious than the viruses it's designed for. That being said, and also being weakened by ONLY RKILL AND MALWAREBYTES, the only apps that slowed the infection down. Tron still froze up and failed. Quick, too. But after a reboot into safe mode, and running it successfully, then another reboot back to normal, it (seemingly) finished that run, leaving me a clean laptop again. Seemingly, because it hasn't even been 24 hours. But, if anyone has a similar problem of things rolling over from their phone to pc, give rkill, malwarebytes, and tron script a shot. Just read up on ALL of the official documentation on tron. A small slip up could render you're pc to a brick. I hope this helps someone. I'll try to attach a screenshot since it seemed like others had issues, the highlights states what the file actually was, not its."vpn and apps" disguise. Lastly, anyone that needs it, good luck and godspeed
